Christmas Assistance Program

Hobart City Mission’s (HCM) Christmas Assistance Program Applications will be opening soon.

Hobart City Mission’s Christmas Assistance Program provides assistance to people who are experiencing hardship in Southern Tasmania over the Christmas period. Last year we helped over 450 families who needed extra assistance at this busy and challenging time of year. Assistance through the program includes food vouchers and, if eligible, toys for children, hampers and other available items.

Due to limited funding, there are only a certain number of spots in the program. While submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot, it’s important to get your application in early for the best chance to access the program.

Applications close at 5pm on Friday November 20th and can be made online or in person at our Hobart or Moonah office.  

The Christmas Assistance program is only possible through the generosity of the community. For any further information, please contact Emily on 6215 4200 or email communications@hobartcitymission.org.au.
