A whopping $138,664 raised for Tasmanians experiencing homelessness and other hardship!
A fabulous result and we can’t wait to see what next year brings!
Bunnings BBQ
Saturday 26 March, 2022 | 9am-4pm
Bunnings Glenorchy
Our busiest BBQ ever! We sold out twice and had bumper weather.
Over $1,800 was raised to support people doing it tough in our community. A great result.

Crowne Plaza Hobart generously supported Hobart City Mission again in 2021 for the race that stops the nation.
Dressed up in their finest frocks, suits and millinery, patrons enjoyed a decadent 3 course meal whilst they dug deep for Hobart City Mission, showing their support of the community.
On the day, an incredible $5,355 was raised. Thank you to all those who attended & donated.
Pre AFL grand final luncheon with Zonta Club of Hobart

Women over 50 are the fast growing cohort of Australians experiencing homelessness. At the time of writing, more than 400,000 women across the country are classified as vulnerable or at risk. The Zonta Club of hobart put together a fabulous,three course, pre AFL grand final luncheon to raise funds and help fund Hobart City Mission’s programs targeted at vulnerable women in Southern Tasmania with special guests:

Community Fundraising
We are lucky enough to have many people out in the local community fundraise for us during the year, to help us raise vital funds for our diverse range of programs. It really inspires us to see the kindness and compassion the community has for their fellow Southern Tasmanias who are doing it tough, and we want to shout it from the roof tops how much we cherish our community fundraisers.
