We can provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in either single, shared, or neighbourhood settings.
We support you to live in a way that suits you.

Lenah Valley
Supported Independent Living – One vacancy available
Property Details
This shared living home is located in Lenah Valley with one large room currently available. There are two shared living areas and one medium sized kitchen. The backyard features raised garden beds and a fenced hard, with a slight slope. Close to all services, public transport and shops.
Suited to
This home would suit someone who is semi-independent, able to use the on-site elevator to stairs, and be looking for a quiet house to settle into.
Other Residents
Currently there are two sisters and another male living in the house, all between the ages of 63 and 72. The male resident is a social man who often goes to football and the cricket. The sisters love dolls and reading.
Support
24/7 support with sleep over staff to support all residents.
Accessibility
This two story home has an internal elevator to the top floor and accessible bathrooms. There are no hoists in this home.
Funding
Potential housemates will need National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding for Supported Independent Living or similar.

Rokeby
There are no other residents living here (yet!) We’re seeking expressions of interest for two rooms. We would make sure to match you with someone you get along with.
24/7 support with sleepover staff to support both residents.
This single story home with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Door ways and hallways are nice and wide.
Housemates will need NDIS funding for Supported Independent Living (or similar).
