Case Manager – Integrated Family Support Services
The Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) Case Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing their own case loads, which includes providing a range of developmental services to families, assisting in the protection of children at risk engaged in the program and identifying where families need to be referred to follow-up or long term services.

We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills who can develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to be resourceful and take a practical approach to resolving problems in difficult situations. You will enjoy working in an outcome-focussed position that requires excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to plan personal workloads and prioritise tasks to achieve results.
The successful person will have a degree or diploma in social work or similar, and a minimum two years working in a similar position. You will have demonstrated experience in engaging and working with infants and families, understanding child development and familiarity with the relevant Acts, Regulations and Policies associated with working with children and families at risk. Experience working with mental health issues is desirable.
